Good afternoon everyone! As you could tell by the title of this post, we're here to deliver an update on what actions the leadership has taken and any new developments our party plans to take in the process of reforming it! The practice of informing our members on what we're doing is vital to a transparent committee, so that's what we'll do.

First, we're announcing the establishment of a new decision-making system in the RNC where the members of the leadership will have the privileges of presenting and voting on motions to make certain decisions within the party. This new system will give more power to the other members of the leadership, however will NOT be like the old delegation system since this will have A LOT of restrictions put in place. We plan to reveal how these restrictions will be established and outlined in a later update.

Next, we're also announcing the creation of a new RNC leadership position known as the General Chief Advisor. This will be an appointed position by the Chairman of the RNC. The duties of this new position are to advise the rest of the leadership on a certain topic of their agenda so they're informed on how an idea can best be executed. Along with that, they will also have the privileges of voting on motions and presenting them on behalf of the rest of the leadership. For this position, we have decided to appoint +Maleek Diaz to the position of GCA due to his experience and successes with this party before. As one of the oldest active Republicans in MEC and RNC Chairman three non-consecutive times, he knows what this party needs to thrive and we're not afraid about my decision at all.

Up next, we will start including a general pinned post at the top of the GOP community when nothing special is occurring. Considering the fact that there are events that our members should be informed on and references to important things that must be made, having much of that information available in one post will be very convenient to our members.

Now we're going to reveal some new ideas that we will be rolling out very soon. Before announcing the first one, we want to express how deeply important it is for us to have a field of strong candidates within our party. Right now we're seriously lacking in strong candidates that can campaign effectively in terms of both holding campaign events and speaking with many voters privately. That is one of the strongest qualities that our party must embrace to be successful. With that, we're announcing our plans to introduce a program which newer Republicans can apply to where they can get lessons by the leadership to become much better candidates and listen to leadership meetings so they can gain the RNC experience necessary when the time comes. For an even stronger field of candidates within our party, teaching them the skills they need is the best way for them to develop much better campaigning skills to use in their MEC career. More details on this will be rolled out tomorrow so stay tuned for that.

The second idea that we will be rolling out has to do with giving our members a voice in the party as well, not just the leadership. When everyone's voice is considered, a stronger bond between our members and the leadership are developed, resulting in a party that is looked at more positively. Therefore we are announcing our intentions to let any Republican request to speak about an idea or criticism that they may have on behalf of the leadership. A discussion with that individual will be initiated to come up with a final say on their talking point. These discussions will take place in the MEC GOP chat. This is the best way for our members to have a say and that's why we're announcing that offer.

Every decision that we've just mentioned will greatly benefit our party during our journey to rebuild it from the ground up. A strong party puts a lot of emphasis on organization, marketing, branding, candidates, and turnout. With strong qualities of those key words, our party can truly be a force to be reckoned with in this community. Thank you and stay tuned for our next address!
